Please note that you will not be able to play using an Apple Mac. 5. How do I get connected? First of all, you need to be online. Then it's just like opening a regular program file. The one way is to go to the "Start" button in Windows, select "Programs", choose "Royal Vegas Poker", click "Play Poker". Otherwise you will have a Royal Vegas Poker shortcut that was placed on your desktop during the installation process - double-click that and you're off and running! As we've just explained in Downloading and Installing - Point 5, go through the process to open up the poker room program. Once you can see the poker room screen, click the "Login" button. The dialogue box will appear - enter your account number and password. If you haven't registered, see Registration - Point 1. 2. What's my password/account number? If you forget your password or account number, simply contact us and we'll help you out. You'll need to tell us your full name, address details, telephone number, and the first 4 and last 4 digits of any credit card number registered on your poker account. Remember: Your password is case sensitive, and must be entered in the same way each time. 3. What if I can't log in? If you can't connect, and your log-in details are right, you'll probably find that you have a slow connection to your Internet Service Provider.
